Bonjour. This is my weight loss blog. I began losing weight in the summer of 2010. Then 230 pounds I have now lost over 80. My ultimate goal is to get down to about 110. My blog is a reflection of my emotional journey to get there. I would like to think that my story is kind of interesting. Check out my pages and judge for yourself.

FAQs

I answer every question that I get asked. If you say something nice to me and it doesn’t get posted, that’s because I want to keep it in my inbox. (Where I keep all my cute little messages from you guys.) Here are some questions that I get asked day to day… hopefully this will save you time. *Do you have an eating disorder?

- I have never been diagnosed with an eating disorder, no.

*Are  you a healthy weight loss blog?

- Yes.

*How did you lose so much weight?

- Discipline.  I have tried every diet there is. But it doesn’t matter what diet you follow. You lose weight through discipline.

*Promo?

- If you want me to promo you there are a few ways: 1) Give me a Q that you would like me to answer in my next video. 2) Make me a fan sign or a graphic for my blog. 3) Have some super-fabulous story that you would like me to post.

*Do you follow back?

- No.

*Will you check out my blog if I ask?

- Always. When asked, I always follow.

*Do you have a boyfriend?

- (Okay, no one actually asks this and if you read my blog the answer is obvious…) No, I do not. If you’re interested, drop me a line. ;D
